FAQ’s
Product Collections:
As a solo artist I am focused on creating handmade works to produce a new collection each month, so I am currently not accepting custom orders. If you would like to see more of a particular piece, I welcome your feedback. New collection arrival and restock dates can be found on my instagram @house.of.zandar. Items sell fast and all items are held in your cart until payment is processed. If you are making multiple purchases, I will combine shipping costs and refund the extended shipping cost.
Sold Out Products:
If a piece is sold out, I am working hard to create more. Please join our mailing list to be the first one to know when the next product drops. I will not spam you, promise!
Shipping - yes we shop internationally:
Pieces are shipped within 3-5 businessI prepare, carefully pack, label, and ship each piece myself, so thank you for your understanding and patience. Once your piece is shipped delivery time is dependent on your location and local postal service. Unfortunately the cost of shipping can vary due to the weight and fragile nature of these handmade ceramic pieces. If you made multiple purchases, I will combine your order if possible and refund the additional shipping costs. Note: Any additional import fees and taxes incurred on international shipping is your responsibility.
Returns:
As all items are hand-made returns or exchanges are not accepted. As each piece is handmade by the artist there may also be small imperfections. Any imperfection noticed by me will be disclosed in the description of the piece and/or visually displayed in a photograph. Once a piece has left the studio, I am not responsible if it is received damaged or lost during the delivery process. If you receive a broken piece or have any questions or concerns please contact my studio via email.
